OVC Pet Trust, founded in 1986 at the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph is Canada’s first charitable fund dedicated to improving and advancing companion animal health and well-being. OVC Pet Trust supports innovative discoveries, education and health care that improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of pets.
 

Medical and Surgical Learning Centre: Supporting Every Pet, Everywhere

A new Medical and Surgical Learning Centre will enable OVC to expand its class size for the first time in more than 30 years. With your generous support, we can help to address Ontario's veterinary shortage and train more veterinarians to help more animals, including pets in underserved Northern communities. OVC Pet Trust — Greatest Need

Advances companion animal health and well-being by investing in innovative discoveries, education and health care; improves the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of pets.

OVC Pet Trust — Emergency & Critical Care Services

Supports research, innovative discoveries and resources in the area of Emergency and Critical Care to help treat the sickest pets who require urgent and complex care.

OVC Pet Trust — Cancer

Supports cancer care for companion animals, offering the most advanced tools and world class facilities for cancer diagnosis, treatment and education.

We have raised almost $15 million to help fight cancer in pets and create the Mona Campbell Centre for Animal Cancer.

OVC Pet Trust — Canine Health

Supports research and innovative discoveries that improve and advance the health and well-being of our beloved canine companions in various areas of health, disease and veterinary medicine.

OVC Pet Trust — Feline Health

Supports research and innovative discoveries that improve and advance the health and well-being of our feline friends in various areas of health, disease and veterinary medicine.

OVC Pet Trust — The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund

Suzi Beber founded The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund in 2001, after losing her Golden Retriever, Blues, to lymphoma. Smiling Blue Skies supports OVC Pet Trust's quest to find more and better ways to deal with canine cancer.
